Digital Product Delivery
As we primarily offer digital security software and services, most of our product delivery is handled electronically. Here's what you can expect when purchasing from us:
Immediate Access
After completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to download your Norton security products. Access information will be provided via:
- An order confirmation page displayed immediately after purchase
- A confirmation email sent to the email address provided during checkout
- Your personal account dashboard (if you created an account)
Email Delivery Timeframe
Confirmation emails containing your product key, download instructions, and receipt are typically delivered within minutes of purchase completion. However, please allow up to 24 hours for delivery. If you haven't received your confirmation email within 24 hours:
- Check your spam/junk email folder
- Verify you entered the correct email address during checkout
- Contact our customer support team for assistance
Product Activation
Norton security products require activation using the product key provided at purchase. Activation instructions will be included in your confirmation email and are also available in our Support section.
Most Norton products allow installation and activation on multiple devices, depending on the specific product purchased. Please refer to the product details for information about the number of devices supported by your particular purchase.
Physical Product Delivery (Where Applicable)
For customers who purchase physical media (such as installation DVDs or retail boxed products):

We currently ship physical products to the United States and Canada only. For international customers, we recommend our digital delivery options.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also find tracking information in your account dashboard if you created an account during checkout.
